The Setup

After Mike wisked me away on a suprise mini vacation, I knew what was coming. He booked an elaborate journey through our past. We went to our favorite hotel EAST WIND for a great dinner and a spa day. Then off to MONTAUK MANOR where we had our very first vacation for another great dinner. Finally, he suprised me with a ferry ride across the Long Island Sound to our favorite vacation spot BLOCK ISLAND. We stayed at the same place we had for our 3 year anniversary.

He kept me guessing all weekend with great little suprises. Finally, after sending me on a little journey for some lunch. I walked into a room lit with candles and a picnic on the floor. After a great lunch, with the light rain on the windows, Mike got on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was an outstanding YES!!! It was really magical. We had a wonderful rest of our stay with an amazing meal to celebrate our engagment together at our favorite place on Block Island.
