The Setup

Sal and I were travelling to Arizona for his cousin's wedding. We planned to go to Sedona and the grand canyon before the wedding. Sal picked out a very nice hotel in Sedona for one night, and made reservations at their restaurant for dinner.

After dinner, we watched the sunset on the 2nd floor balcony, and went back to our room where there was champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. I asked Sal what this was for, and he stated he got them to celebrate. I asked him, "to celebrate what?" and he pulled out a small box and got down on one knee. :-)
