Welcome to New York!

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Long Island Hilton for the wedding weekend (11/4-11/6). The discounted group rate is $109 per room, per night (we were told that the rooms can sleep up to 4). Please make reference to the "Manor/Saunders Wedding" when booking your room.

For those of you who are coming in on Wednesday or Thursday (11/2 or 11/3), please ask to speak with Laurie Troisi when calling the Hilton (631.845.1000). She will be able to reserve a room for you at the same $109 per room rate.

Long Island Hilton

Unless you are flying in from far away places such as Texas and California, we highly recommend that you fly into Islip (ISP) MacArthur Airport. It’s a small airport that is very easy to get in and out of. It is approximately 20-30 minutes from the Hilton. The hotel offers a shuttle to and from Islip airport only. The cost per person is $10. Please call the Hilton directly to make arrangements for your pickup.

Car rental facilities are available at all 3 local airports (Islip, JFK and LaGuardia) or at the Hilton.
