The Hamlet Golf and Country Club is committed to make everything about your wedding day as magnificent and unique as our property. Our level of flexibility reflects our commitment to making your day perfect. We will never restrict your creativity by encouraging our requiring certain vendors. We are honored to work with all of the professionals of your choosing and will courteously make our property available to them so that together we can plan the perfect day.
What kind of couple would you say do you and your facility most cater to?
The well researched bride has become our most popular client. She has done her homework and knows what she is looking for. She demands excellence, pays attention to her budget, but never sacrifices quality. She has no desire to share her day with another bride, and insists upon a location that will be completely dedicated to her and her guests, and provide them with the unrivaled attention that they deserve.

With gorgeous views of our golf course, lakes, fountains and gardens, your guests will be able to take in the splendor of our property and appreciate the beautiful visual effects that it offers during any season.
Tell us about some of the most unique events you’ve hosted?
It is our goal and our passion to make each bride’s wedding a unique and memorable event. We work diligently to make sure that every wedding that we are honored to host, brings with it the uniqueness and personality of our bride and groom.
Tell us about some hot trends in wedding catering and how you are helping set such trends.
Today, many couples are looking for healthier alternatives to the traditional catering menu. We work with each couple to prepare a menu for their day that is tailored to meet not only their tastes but the dietary desires of the wedding couple and their guests. Our spectacular cuisine is tailored to meet all of these needs while never sacrificing the magnificent taste and presentation that makes all of our cuisine works of art.
How far in advance should a couple start looking for a catering hall?
The newly engaged couple should begin to look for their perfect venue as soon as they have decided on a general time frame for their wedding, and have some ideas as to the budget for their affair.
How far in advance should a couple book their catering hall?
It is almost never too early to book your reception location. This is most often the first major decision in wedding planning, around which many other decisions will be made. Many locations are booked so far in advance that you may risk not having your desired date available if you wait too long, especially if your desired date is during the peak seasons. For those who may have waited a bit too long, or are in need of a short term booking, we are always pleased to accommodate your short term needs when available.
How can you help couples “customize” their special event?
The Hamlet Golf and Country Club, prides itself on our ability to listen to the engaged couple so that we can understand precisely what they are trying to achieve for their day.
