Tell us about NY Digital Memories and the inspiration behind it.A good friend of ours who lives in Kansas has a successful photobooth business. We started doing some research and saw that there weren’t many options for photobooths in New York. Our friend was always telling us how much fun she had at events and how her clients were always having such a good time. We decided to start NY Digital Memories to bring all that fun to the east coast! We really want our clients to be able to experience the amusement of the photobooth and to recapture the spontaneous fun that can be had in an old fashion photobooth.
Tell us how NY Digital Memories differs from conventional photography and how it can help enhance the party.
Photobooths can’t take away from the gorgeous pictures taken by a conventional photographer. The photobooth allows guests to close the curtains and really let loose. They can have a private moment in the booth to let their goofy side come out or share a smooch with that special someone. The booth provides many different options such as different color hair and hairstyles and funny borders and backgrounds in a matter of seconds. Another great thing that the photobooth provides is on the spot prints of the photos so the guests can take all the great memories home.
Tell us about the various types of booths and packages you offer.
Our photo booth, The Photo 2 Go, is a 2010 model made by Apple Industries with the most up to date software and 120 different photo options to choose from. Our 2nd booth, which is being custom made specifically for NY Digital Memories, will be able to capture not only photos but also video messaging with the option to upload to Facebook and email.
We offer hourly packages and also our four hour wedding reception packages. All of our packages can be built to your needs with options such as our unique custom guestbooks, CD or flash drive of all images, and 2x6 and 4x6 acrylic frames. Each package has 1 or 2 On Site coordinators, one will be helping guests with the photobooth and the other will be organizing the photo guest book (if applicable).

- Color or black and white photos
- Funny Hairstyles
- Fun frames and backgrounds
- Logo customization in last frame
- 1080p High Definition monitor displaying a slideshow of all photos during the event
- Silly Prop Box and coat rack containing hats, glasses, boas, etc….
- Fun, Creative, Spontaneous lifetime memories
Our staff is particularly knowledgeable on what we offer. We specialize in photobooths and photobooths only. Your event will always have one or both of the owners present at all times making sure first hand things are running smooth. 5. Tell us why couples and party goers love NY Digital Memories.
Carly and I understand what our clients are going through as we are currently planning a wedding ourselves. We strive to make sure we provide our clients with exactly what they are looking for to add to their big day. We make sure the atmosphere around the photobooth is light and fun. We interact on a personal level with everyone taking pictures in the booth whether it be your grandma or flower girl.
Tell us about some of the most memorable moments and experiences created by NY Digital Memories.
Our first wedding was very memorable for us. We were very nervous and wanted to be sure that the bride and groom really enjoyed their experience with NY Digital Memories. The booth was going nonstop all night! Everyone was laughing and having a great time especially using all the props. We were receiving so many compliments by guest about how much fun they were having in the booth and how they loved how personalized the whole experience was.
