What services do you offer?Partybooths.com is a national photo booth company.
History:
Two photographers started Partybooths.com in Minnesota. They owned a studio in Minneapolis. The studio has since sold, but Partybooths.com lives on. The plan was to create a photo booth company with excellent quality for a reasonable price. Our base has since moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, with operational bases in each of 48 states.
The booth:
At Partybooths.com we decided to offer a booth that was large and lightweight. We created a photo booth that incorporated professional photographic equipment with durable components that could withstand travel. The end result was a very reliable, wheel chair accessible booth that weighs 95 lbs. fully assembled. Most weigh 700 lbs. or more. To most the weight means very little. To venue owners and for transportation expenses, this is a huge factor. Our booths do not have graphics on them, just elegantly basic black, with a red curtain, however the curtain color can be changed. Partybooths.com also offers a choice of 4 background colors, brown, red, blue, and hot pink.
At the event:
At Partybooths.com we like to arrive approximately two and a half hours early. This is for assembly time and testing of the equipment. It really only takes about 45 minutes to assemble but, having the extra time for testing and just in case there are unforeseen issues once we arrive, ensures we will be ready on time. Once assembled, our operator changes into event appropriate clothing and the fun begins. The guests are instructed on how the booth works as each goes in. They are handed their photos as they leave and encouraged to return for as many photo’s as they would like to take throughout the night. We have no limit on how many are taken. We are only limited by time. We bring enough supplies for double the number of prints possible, for the time allotted. This is just in case the client decides to add more time to the rental. The operator monitors and checks equipment though out the night, helps guests with the scrapbook if this option is selected, and keeps printers full of ink and paper. Then at the end of the rental changes into work clothes, and disassembles the booth and rolls it out in 3 suit cases.

At Partybooths.com we are always up front about pricing. So much so we post all pricing right on our web page, there is never any hidden charges, or travel/setup fees. No matter where you are, or how many sets of stairs we have to go up, the prices are the same! They start at $895.00 (3 hour rental)

What are the benefits of having a photo booth at a wedding?
It’s fun! People are amazed how much fun it is. It’s one of those things that once you get into it, and come up with a theme for a session, your mind cannot stop coming up with different things to try. The photo booth gets pictures that other means just can’t seem to capture. That curtain on the doorway seems to be an instigator. Partybooths.com includes in all packages a DVD of all the images taken at each event. This DVD’s images are not right protected, and do not print pictures that say Partybooths.com all over them, they are yours.
Partybooths.com also includes in all packages a 12-month password protected web posting. This allows your guests (if you choose) to see all the pictures taken that night a few days after the event. If they want prints of those images, they can get them from our hosting site. This prevents you having an endless list of prints to make for others from your DVD.
Partybooths.com also has a photo guest book option. This option supplies double prints on location for each session, pens, glue, and scissors with the premise that each guest will select one of these copies to glue in a scrapbook, and add a note to the guest(s) of honor. This keepsake is priceless. The photos are archive quality, which means they will not fade for years!
The photos have also been used as a favor, as post cards (they are 4x6), and as part of the thank you cards sent out after an event. The digital copies have been used on Facebook, and MySpace sites as well.
Partybooths.com is a better option to camera’s on the tables. One of the things with those is people will take a picture they decide are not a good idea and take the camera home with them, so others do not see it. The problem is, other guest’s pictures are on it too. Not the case with a Partybooth - you get ALL the pictures whether they want you to see them or not! This in itself can be fun.
Each print has a bar at the bottom, which can be text, or some sort of monogram, there is no extra charge for this title bar.
How far in advance does a couple have to book with you?
Partybooths.com loves to have 30 days notice; however we will work with 3 days notice too! This means we (the client and Partybooths) have to work together fast.
