Balsamic Glazed Strawberries over Ice Cream

This is a quick and refreshing summer dessert
Ingredients
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons brown sugar
6 to 8 Large Ripe Strawberries
Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
Trim strawberries and cut into wedges. In a small heavy saucepan heat vinegar and brown sugar over moderate heat until sugar is dissolved and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add strawberries. Spoon Strawberries & Sauce over ice cream.
