I got engaged in March and was planning to get married 2013. that all changed since we are buying a house now. our house will be ready in Oct. 2012 and that is why i was thinking of getting married right away. the house is taking all our money so a very small 40ppl wedding with a small budget is what i was looking for. i was hoping for a house that i could rent for the day. any idea? any restaurants with a water view? Any Vendor will be pricey i think. i need helpppp

hI. I got engaged in March and was planning to get married 2013. that all changed since we are buying a house now. our house will be ready in Oct. 2012 and that is why i was thinking of getting married right away. the house is taking all our money so a very small 40ppl wedding with a small budget is what i was looking for. i was hoping for a house that i could rent for the day. any idea? any restaurants with a water view?
Any Vendor will be pricey i think.

Thank you for your recommendations. We had problems with our house permits and its sad to say that we are STILL under construction and living with our parents for now. I just started looking for somewhere on a budget for my small wedding . I'm thinking in May now since that's when I'm hoping the house will be done.
