We just got engaged and want to get married this November. Almost half the wedding will be coming in from out of town and I want to make sure everyone is together and the plans are simple for people. Does anyone have a good suggestion for a beautiful venue where everyone can stay for the weekend? Thanks--Kate

Reception and Accommodations in one place!

Hi everyone! We just got engaged and want to get married this November. Almost half the wedding will be coming in from out of town and I want to make sure everyone is together and the plans are simple for people.

Does anyone have a good suggestion for a beautiful venue where everyone can stay for the weekend?

That was the look I really wanted - I booked the Winter Garden Room at Fox Hollow, and they have an Inn next door. It's not stuffy, not exactly the barn-chic on the nose, but very unique, lots of light, etc.

If you talk to some hotels, some provide free shuttles if you book 10 or more rooms. This varies hotel to hotel.

Fox Hollow! I was just married in the Somerly room and it is beautiful with that rustic touch. They have their own hotel which is right next door. All of our guests just walked right next door after the wedding it was great!

Depends on how much you want to spend?

I'd say typically fox hollow is the easiest with the hotel situation and walking from venue to hotel is easy.

if you and your guests want to spend tons, oheka castle.

Or, you could just get a shuttle bus for everyone and block a ton of rooms at one hotel More choice of venues this way
