Anyway, so I've always loved workout videos but unfortunately my dear friend Jane Fonda is pretty much stuck in VHS and my other dear friend Jillian Michaels is a little too much for every day. Therefore, I was wondering, does anyone use any workout videos that you think are just awesome? Please let me know!

Workout videos

Hi ladies!

I've been posting up a storm on the 2010 board but wanted to get some input/motivation here. My name is Laura btw so hello all!

I quit my gym in December because
a. I barely went
b. it was $100/month
c. That $100/month is now being ****** into my wedding budget.

Anyway, so I've always loved workout videos but unfortunately my dear friend Jane Fonda is pretty much stuck in VHS and my other dear friend Jillian Michaels is a little too much for every day.

Therefore, I was wondering, does anyone use any workout videos that you think are just awesome? Please let me know!

Gunner Peterson DVD's are great. I used to run alot so I was in shape but when I did his DVD's I'd really ache in different places for a few days. He keeps you moving the whole time to keep your heart rate up and mixes cardio with strength training.

Speaking of which...time to dust those babies off! Need to get back in shape!!!

I'm a Turbo Fire junkie! I tried to do the gym but it just didn't work out. I think workout videos are a Godsend!

I live by P90x and I also use the videos and workout printables on toneitup.com. Both are great. P90X is time consuming though the 15 minute ab video is amazing and a killer.

I use toneitup in conjunction with cardio on my treadmill at home. They have great work out moves that tighten and tone your core and particular problem areas.
