I'm in a pickle - hair & makeupWell, my cousin referred me to this woman for my hair and makeup. I was banking on her - so I didn't really check anyone else out (my stylist is in Suffolk and I live in Queens...besides, she's a great cut but can't do updos!) Anyway, this woman did my hair and it was 'so so' - I wasn't very impressed. I want my hair natural and loose (its very think and wavy - she blew it straight and then curled it. Makeup? She had none to use on me and told me to go buy my own and come back! And I took off from work for this!

I'm in a pickle - hair & makeupMaximus Spa in Nassau is great but expensive. But they're worth a phone call (516) 222-8880. They're at the Fortunoff's mall. Anyway, this woman did my hair and it was 'so so' - I wasn't very impressed. I want my hair natural and loose (its very think and wavy - she blew it straight and then curled it. Makeup? She had none to use on me and told me to go buy my own and come back! And I took off from work for this!

I'm in a pickle - hair & makeupI don't remeber the people I met becasue I couldn't use them fo rmy wedding. I lived in Staten ISland at the time and it was a fortune to have them come to my house. I don't remeber the exact cost - Sorry! Anyway, this woman did my hair and it was 'so so' - I wasn't very impressed. I'm in a pickle - hair & makeupHi try Glamour @ your door. Her name is Terri. She does the makeup and has a hair dresser that comes with her. Her # is 795-0144. My best friend used her for her wedding and I am using her as well. Good Luck. PS- They come to you!!! Keep me updated about your experience with them, I was thinking of using them too.
