We were supposed to make chicken cutlets tonight but had to go to Queens to feed my Dad's three cats while he's away!!! So we just had pizza in Astoria (ok but it was Rizzo's).

Last night I made a simple dinner of BBQ CHICKEN, baked macaroni and cheese and corn. I am still trying to learn my way around the kitchen.
