I am going to pick my menu, linens and Wedding Cake tonight!!!!
WOOHOO!!! Things are really happening now. So much to be done and really not too much time left to do it!!! I can't believe I am getting married in 3 months. It feels so real, but I am still in shock and so excited!!!!!!

Thanks girls!! I am sure we are going to have some disagreements tonight, because my mother is coming with us and we don't seem to agree on one entree. My mom wants the prime rib on the menu, but FH wants the NY Strip Steak. Me, I don't care, I am eating the chicken, but I know how much FH loves his strip steak, so I am siding with him on this one. I think since it is our day, he should have what he wants. Personally, I think the Strip steak is beter because you don't see it at weddings too often, usually it is prime rib. So what do y'all think? Prime Rib or NY Strip Steak?

I agree - pick whichever entree your FI wants.
We picked our menu a few weeks ago and BOTH of our parents came. I thought it was going to be a nightmare but we all pretty much agreed give or take a couple of things and when that happened, everyone kept telling us it was our day so we should choose what we want. I wanted the stuffed chicken & my FFIL wanted the stuffed sole. I did not want 2 stuffed dishes b/c they're both heavy. I know my FFIL was disappointed but like my sister said "tell him to go to a restaurant and order it if he wants it." So, ultimately, I picked the chicken I wanted & picked a different fish.
