Just Had the Hair Experience from H E L L .. MAJOR VENT
Oh my god- I had a hair appointment to get highlights at 6.30 and I JUST GOT HOME NOW.
This lady killed my hair- did these aweful BRIGHT ORANGE highlights.
Then she tried to mute them and that didn't work- and then she brought me back to brown- which now has some red in it thanks to the orange highlights...
so all this time later, my scalp is KILLING ME and I'm back to where I started.

Oh no!! Sounds like your scalp was burned from bleach. Definitely get an appt with someone else, they can fix it. I did something myself once and my hairdresser fixed it. But if your scalp is burned, they may need to do a temporary fix until your scalp can take something permanent. I hope you feel better soon.
Please tell me this wasnt Wendy who did this....I finally made an appt with her for this Wednesday

I did not pay ANYTHING...
It's OK now- I actually like the color now-= a deep chocolate brown.. but I wanted highlights.
but now I don't know if I want highlights.
I would still go to that place for trim & blowout, but not color.
