Two Questions on the South Beach diet

I'm having such a hard time finding two straight weeks with no social events or family birthdays coming up. Did anyone cheat for one day during the first phase and still see results? Can someone please tell me about the other phases? Thanks so much.

I love WW for this rreason you can eat whatever but in moderation.

My pediatrician is on the same diet and he cheats every weekend and still lost weight. Cheat wisely.
