Calling all Catholic Brides and Newlyweds--NEED HELP ASAP PLEASE
Trying to figure out the program two weeks before the wedding...my fh and i have never been to a catholic wedding and are clueless PLEASE HELP:
If you are already married can you please list your processional for me!
Does the best man always stand at the altar with the groom or can he escort someone down the aisle?
Who walks in first? Is it your granparents? if so, who escorts them?
Who escorts the brides mother? if it is her sons, what do you do if they are also groomsmen and walking with bridesmaids as well?
Who escorts the groom's mother? Does she walk down the aisle with his dad? if not, what does his dad do?
PLEASE HELP

RESPONSORIAL PSALM “The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord”.

GOSPEL Mark 10: 6-9

don't worry about the rest - you will figure all of that out at the rehearsal!!!

As far as the order goes generally it works like this: Grandparents - Groom Grandparents - Bride Parents - Groom Mother of the Bride Bridesmaids & Groomsmen Flowergirl & Ring Barer Maid or Matron of Honor Bride The kids are often switched around to accomodate everyone. My flowergirls were so excited I had them walk in before my bridesmaids Groomsmen can usher Grandparents and Parents in and double back for Bridesmaids. The Best Man usually stands up front with Groom
I dont think there are any hard and fast rules on this. Do what works for your group and makes you happy. You are the
