South Beach Diet-first day
I started SBD today! So far ok, but is hot cocoa allowed? I hate not having something sweet after a meal!
Also, did anyone do online SBD? I'm thinking about it, but only to get the shopping list and meals. Anyone suggest it?

I would think Hot Cocoa would be a No-No!! Only b/c of the sugar....
Maybe the sugar free?

Hey Sage! I saw an ad for the program airing on discovery. Were you in it?
Oh and I looked for sugar free but didn't find any so I just had a sip of hot cocoa and then went and found sugarless gum.
I need to go food shopping again since I missed most of the things I needed!

there is a thread I started that has a grocery list for SBD...
you could probably make your own cocoa...
hersheys unsweetened cocoa powder...splenda...and land o lakes fat free half and half...
do it in a sauce pan on the stove and play around with the amounts...

Ok just found the list! It was awesome!!! thanks so much Montauk and yabbo!!!
My sister was on the diet for 3 days and already lost 1.5 pounds when she weighed in a WW. She gave up ww and now went to SBD fully!
