I know these in my head so bear with me:
Pork chops with homemade apple sauce
Bone in pork chops - 4 Sprinkel with a little garlic salt put in 350 usually for 20 min - more if very thick.
Slice about 4 appels medium thick two tbs of butter chopped up two tbs of cinnomin (sp?)
combine in heavy skillet on medium heat and let simmer while occasoinaly stirring for 30min or until appels are mushy.
Serve over Pork Chops
I usually serve this with green beans and dinner rolls.

Re: Need some delicious easy recipes.
i fry chicken breast (sliced to be thinner) coated in egg and parm cheese in a bit of olive oil
meatloaf...easy, but takes a long time to bake
tacos are soooo easy...and hunts has a good tomato sauce for tacos...(actually diced tomatoes)
I buy hamburger meat in bulk and make hamburgers and freeze them to cook on the GF grill

Re: Need some delicious easy recipes.
Sometimes on Sundays when he is watching a game, I'll make about 3 meatloaves, and some fresh sauce. I'll freeze them for future use so that when we both go to the gym all that needs to be done is ...warm them up. So if you are willing to spend a few hours cooking in bulk, it helps for future dinners. Plus, cook for leftovers. I cook two maybe three times a week. We eat leftovers.

Re: Need some delicious easy recipes.
I know this sounds wierd, but it is very good and different.
In a baking pan mix together: -1 bottle of french dressing -1 can of whole cranberry sauce (not jellied) -1 envelope Lipton's onion soup mix
You just mix it all together, so the exact size bottle doesn't make a huge difference. Put chicken breasts in the baking pan ( either bone-in or thick cutlets)-i usually just buy a 1 lb package.
Bake at 350-for 30-50 minutes depending on thickness of chicken.
I usually serve with rice and vegetables.
I had this recipe at a friends house for a dinner party and couldn't believe what the ingredients were! The first time I made it for FH he almost refused to eat it when I told him what was in it--now he loves it!!!

Re: Need some delicious easy recipes.
Here is a quick easy one I made last night.
Lemon Basil Prok Chops:
Mix together a bunch of fresh basil (cut into small strips), a little bit of olive oil, 2 cloves of crushed garlic and one container of frozen lemonade concentrate (I think that is what it is called - those frozen drink mixes-but like Miute Maid and others)...
Marinade pork chops in this mixture (recipe recommended 2 hours - I only did an hour and it was fine.
Grill pork chops about 20 minutes. _______
I baked mine in the oven in a baking dish for about 35 minutes in the remaining marinade and then broiled for about 5 instead of using the grill.
They were pretty yummy - DH loved them -- thought I made him the most gourment dinner.
