Not sure why you are asking but it could be a lot more expensive. I have to bring in some kosher meals for about 10 people, that wasn't a problem.

Re: reception sites that allow outside catering?
Well the reason i am interested in getting outside catering, is because Russian guests are used to having a massive amount of food served to them at a wedding. They want food already on the table, with the alcohol as soon as they enter the ballroom. Having one dish served to them at a time makes them feel like they are going to go hungry at the wedding. The problem is that most places make their money off of the food and won' allow you to bring outside caterers. So if anyone knows of any nice locations that allow this, PLEASE let me know. Or if they allow for food (like appetizers) and drinks to be present at the table in addition to serving food.
thanks.

Re: reception sites that allow outside catering?
In that case, I'd tell the hall you are looking at that and see what they can do for you. Perhaps you can rent out a social hall in a church. If you had a cateerer that you had in mind, ask them where they have worked. I wouldn't think a hall would say no to having extra food brought in. They might charge extra for serving.
