reception spots in li or queens

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a very nice affordable reception spot that charges less than $50 per person for about 74 people. We are on a budget of 8000 for the whole wedding. thanks

I am having mine at the Meadow Club and I know they have a few different menus to fit most budgets. I hope this helps.

well, if you are on a really tight budget, i would suggest having your wedding in the "off" months of January, February or March. The prices are cheaper than because of possible bad weather. I am getting married at the Coral House and their prices are pretty reasonable, you may want to check them out.

i think its $55+ tax and gratuity for koenigs in floral park..
ariannawaterfalls has $50, and certain months are $40 + taxgrat

and coral house has a winter special, in january.

also the local knights of columbus and vfw's might be a little less...

Koenigs would be a good place to check. Also try Verdis in Whitestone or Westbury.

Villa Russo's in Ozone Park is really great

I had my e-party there and I know a few people who had their weddings their.

I would also look into favorite restaurants that may be able to accomodate larger private parties.

A friend recently had her E-Party at Ricardos by the Bridge in Astoria (I think it is in Astoria) and was very happy with them. I believe their prices are in that range.

You can try sunset harbour in patchogue. the packages star at 50, but andy may be able to work with you- he did for us.

Check out The Marriott Hotel in Uniondale. I'm not exactly sure how much they charge, but I know it's reseaonable and they do a beautiful job!

I think the Hunington Town House has prices in that range. Also if you get married in some off months most people would work within that range. I know that in Jan, Febuary and March my hall has significantly lower prices.

Verdi's of westbury or Manor East should be able to help they have 3 or 4 diff menus with diff prices fr 55 up

Check out The Sterling in Bethpage (was the Imperior Manor) on 107. He's offering great prices but you have to go soon, they are renovating and are going to increase their prices in a couple of weeks.
