I should prob put this in teh Slim Down Forum, but I was watching the news last night and they said if you drink green tea instead of coffee, in 6 weeks you will loose 10 pounds. Without changing anything else you are doing. Anyone drink Green Tea?

I don't drink coffee so I didn't replace anything but I heard it helps speed up your metabolism and is good for you so I've been drinking it. No major loss though
