Jhonathans In Garden City / Mineola
Does anyone know if they serve Sunday Brunch ? Is it good ? I want to have the dreaded MTP there....
Any other suggestions for brunch on North Shore or eastern Queens would be great too (no seafood places please IL's dont eat seafood).

Jonathan's is awesome, but I'm not sure about brunch. Call them..
My parents took everyone to The Maine Maid Inn for brunch the Sunday after my wedding. They said it was the best brunch they had ever been to!

Re: Jhonathans In Garden City / Mineola
Not sure about brunch but my cousin had her First Communion dinner there at and I must say it was a huge success. I'll be as detailed as possible.
Location- Prime. Right on Jericho Tpke in Garden City Park. Very easy to get to and it has a decent size parking lot.
Decor- very nice. I had never been there but it was a very nice place. Contemporary and moden. We had about 35 people there and they gave us the room to the right as soon as you walk in. It was perfect for a rehearsal dinner.
Food- REALLY, REALLY GOOD!!!!!!!! My cousin had ordered platters of Calamari (the best), baked clams, Hazelnut chicken fingers and Mozzarela sticks.
We had a choice of 5 entress. Salmon or Lemon Sole Mediterranean with Fresh Lemon, Oregano and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Chicken alla Jonathan's-Pan Roasted Chicken Breast with Grilled Vegetables drizzled with a Balsamic Vinaigrette. Veal alla Parmigiana with Tomato Basil Sauce. Penne alla Vodka with Julienne Chicken in a Vodka Pink Sauce. Jonathan's Prime Sirloin Steak.
I recommend the Penne alla Vodka (REALLY GOOD) and the Salmon. FI had steak and it was good.
Drinks- We had a running tab so it was free for all. GREAT!!!! Good drinks.
Dessert- The cake was not good. Bring your own if you can.
Here is the website: Jonathans-rest.com
Good luck!!
