Favorite Nail Polish Color....
I am a huge fan of Essie's new Hamptons Collection. Montauk the End and South of the Hi'way
are both really pretty.
Do you girls opt for light or dark colors?

Definitely dark colors. Even in the summer. I have such dark skin that anything light looks silly on me.

See I have olive skin and HATE dark colors on me. Even in the winter I can't bring myself to wear red. I love the way it looks on other people, just not on myself.

I'm wearing Montauk the End right now on my fingers. I always use OPI nail polish on my tootsies because the Essie never stays on them (peels off quickly). Essie works fine on my nails because I have silk wraps and I think it adheres to that better than on plain nail beds.
I usually wear light colors on my fingers and dark ones on the tootsies.

I go to extremes...I LOVE Chanel's Vamp (still)...and Essie's Ballet Slippers & Madamoiselle. OPI is the best - as far as longevity - imo...can't think of any flavors that I like off the top of my head.

I always wear dark colors in the winter/fall and light/neutral in spring & summer. One of my pet peeves is if nails and toenails don't match!

I mind if they don't match if you're wearing dark red on toes and dark purple on fingers. but if you've got a frenchie on the fingers and a dark color on the tootsie's, i think it's ok. Maybe b/c that's what I do a lot!

My favorite is Essie Ballet Slippers, but if I want to go a little lighter, I combine Essie's Mademoiselle and Marshmallow. Looks good on tanned feet!
