we bought our votive holders at party city for our engagement party. they have the same ones at micheals and we bought a prepackaged box of twelve votive hoders for 8.99. you might want to check it out

I am not sure when you need them, but I go tmine in february & since then, they have been on sale at lest 2 or three times. Also, walmart does carry them too, just not a lot.
If you need them ASAP, you could always get their box of holders (I think 12 or 24in it???) and use the weekly 40% off coupon in it?...its not 50% off, but it's better than nothing
