I had my first fitting, and God bless sew-in cups!!!
Well, my first fitting didn't go as planned because the crinolines they ordered all came in a different size. They store owners were PI$$ED!!! They said they've been using the same style number for months, but all of a sudden the company changed somehow and they were all way too poofy. Because of that, I couldn't get my length measured. So I have to go back in 2 weeks... Anyway, the upside is that they were going to take in the top part, but I asked if I could try the sew-in cups... and holy COW! I'm a B-cup, so when they put them in I was like VAVOOM!! I couldn't believe I actually had cleavage. My FH is going to freak when he sees me! My mom kept laughing at me because I was in such a state of shock!
So I'll update you again once the right size crinoline comes in! I'll try to get pics!

I want to do sewn in cups!!! Do they feel like they support you like a bra. I want to be a little bit bigger for my wedding. How did they cost if you don't mind?

They didn't cost a thing! And I wouldn't necessarily say they feel like support either.... a little bit, but not like a bra. But it's WORTH IT!!!

I am sewing in cups too. It is much more comfortable also....and yeah, they make you look like you went up a size. Who doesn't love that!

Ooookaayyyy. I don't need any more support in my dress because honestly, don't have much to support, but if cups make me look a bit bigger, I'm ALL FOR IT!
Where can I get them??? I know my seamstress will put them in, but I'll have to purchase them first.

I didn't buy them, I said that I wanted to try them and then the seamstress came out holding a pair. She pinned them into my dress, and voila! When I got back for my next fittings they will be sewn in. All I'm being charged for is the alterations.
I LOVE Lidia's Bridal! They are sooooo compensating and lovely to work with.

If you get the cups, do you still have to wear one of those uncomfortable corset thingies? Or can you just go without anything? Thanks

I have cups in my dress. I'm a small B cup, so they doubled my cups because my dressin the middle was caving in, so they worked their magic and it looks like I have boobs. So I second GOD BLESS SEW-IN CUPS
