Had a tiff with a co-worker. Why is it when you need something done you get bull sh_t in return...

My job is very demanding. I need things done quick and accurate. I asked a simple question she couldn't answer it I asked to speak to someone else in the dept and she felt intimidated I'm like sorry but you can't help me and she felt I shouldn't speak to her like that. Can we move it along here!!! Just give me the peson I need to speak to already. Anyone have people like this at work?? Give me strength!! Had to vent this one out. - Believe me guys I was really professional with her I was not rude at all she is a young girl in the dept with a big attitude. She doesn't even address her name and dept she is from when she picks up the phone and she won't even say please hold she just puts you on hold. I have never met this women but their is a meeting scheduled tomorrow we are both attendees to this meeting. I'm going to see her face to face what should I say or do??

I would definitly confront her but in a professional way. Try to explain how important deadlines are and you need answers ASAP!! Good Luck!!
