Teachers-Summer School
Any public school teachers out there know how I could go about applying to teach Summer School (elementary level)??? I am currently working at a private school and being that we don't have classes in the summer, I am very interested in teaching summer school at a public school but i don't know where to start. Thanks!

my school only hires within the district and the summer school teachers are usually grandfathered in.

I work in Commack, and you can send your resume to our district office with a cover letter specifically stating that you are interested in a summer school position.
