For those doing Buff Brides (the book) . . .

please tell me there is an easier way to inflate the exercise ball i think i got a work-out just from pumping that thing up. it came with a cheapy little pump, which works, but it took a while i have to work out while i'm motivated - can't be fighting this thing

did my first buff bride workout last night. i love it!!! i'm feeling a little achy today, but i feel like i'm on my way!!

just gotta stay motivated!!

I wish I could get motivated by a book, but for me, it's absolutely impossible!

I leave mine inflated most of the way, and then add in some pumps each time. I am always afraid that I will add in too much air and the stupid thing will explode on me I think I need something new though, I am losing motivation as I am not seeing as much result in the arm area as I would like.

Is it hard to follow a book? I am not sure if I could stay motivated. Maybe I will give it a try!

so far i like the workout. it does get a little boring to flip back and forth between the pages, but it's not bad. put some good music on and you're okay.
