Stupid People......vent
Ok so let me start out by saying that I kinda knew when my shower was, but I didnt want anyone to know that I knew. Last Friday John & I went out for my BM's bday. The bestmans GF is well lets just say, not the brightest crayon in the box.
During dinner, girlfriend asked my BM what time are you leaving for Stacey's shower, BM ignored her (I did not here this), her boyfriend told her shut up its a surprise. All I saw was John getting upset.
After dinner we go to my BM's house for cake. Just as John and I get ready to leave, girlfriend said Danielle what time are you leaving for Stacey's shower next week, I was like oh my god, let me leave, John flipped out on her my BM started crying! I couldnt believe it. The Bestman was like I told you to shut up it was a surprise, she said well in my family we dont do surprise showers.
Needless to say I know now that my shower is the 26th. I didnt tell my Mom or MOH I have to now act really surprised, I feel so bad for my bridal party and Mom and Aunt because I know that they worked so hard to keep it a secret. What ab idiot.

Sorry that she ruined it for you. Some people are just dumb and don't get it. How many times was the girl told to shut it!!! Just a ??, but do you think she was trying to make herself heard?? Would she intentionally try to ruin it for you?

Nanjoe, no I dont think she did it purposely (sp?) She realllllllly is , and I hate to say this, Stupid. Some of the things she comes out with, we just stop and look at her like WHAT?????
She was told 3 times to xhut up, and her boyfriend told her in the car, dont say anything its a surprise.

That's really stupid. The first time she said something, it could have been an honest mistake or slip up.
But the SECOND time! That was plain stupid OR an intentional attempt to ruin your surprise.

Just to let you know, though, I had a suspicion about my shower, and even had a dream about the date (which was right!). I still had the BEST time! No worries!!
