Hey Girls. Im back from Vegas!! Did u miss me? what did I miss???

I got home from Vegas this morning at 630 AM ughh. What a flight. I flew jet blue and on the flight home the TVS didnt work for like the first 2 hours. That was the whole reason why we flew jet blue. We stayed in the Venetian. Beautiful hotel But.... some things kind of annoyed me like, We werent allowed to use the Fridge they had in the room cause it was filled with stuff they charged crazy prices for, And if u moved anything you got charged for it. So we called housekeeping to bring us one (which is what it said to do) and they said they would bring it up we waited and waited. nothing.....then we called back about it theySaid 10 more minutes??? ok waited 10 minutes nothing. We were finally like ok we will go out and by the time we come back it will be in our room. We came back nothing... When we called them again they said we dont have a record of that. Then they have safes for you to use in the room. Well whoever had the room before us locked it and we couldnt open it we called them about they never came to fix it. then after we checked out we need to go to the self park garage to put our luggage in the car. You need to have a room key to get on the elevator. so
Ihad the piece of paper in my hand that says that I just checked out and we have every hand full with our bags I say to the guard I just checked out and would like to use the elevator to go to the parking garage. and he said NO. He says these only go to the rooms not the parking garage. Ok thats funny because i stayed here for the last 5 NIGHTS and I know that that elavotor goes to the parking garage... He said sorry u cant use the elevator so we had to go up the stairs with all our stuff I was so P I S S E D!!!!! Then we played in that casino and they have all the special perks... like if u spend a Lot of money you get 10 dollars for food WOW.... Well Mike spent it. and the night before were to leave he goes to claim it the lady says u have to come back in the morning because it can only be used in the food court. which was closed. so we go and eat and pay for it ourselves the next day he goes to get and the lady tells him this is only good in the resturants not at the food court We had already eaten and were gonna use for ice cream in the food court and that was our last day there. Really ticked mike off. but all in all had a great trip. Was able to surprise my best friend at her apt. On her birthday. It was awesome. And I showed Mike some houses and I think he is started to feel moving there. He sees How cheap house there are and How nice they are now.
So what did I miss here?
I'll put some of my pics on here as soon as I unpack and get my digital Camera out and stuff...

I can't believe the experience you had! I would have been totally pi$$ed at the hotel!!! Hope the rest of your trip was better! Next time stay at Mandalay Bay if you can...you WILL NOT regret it!

We had a good time besides the hotel. But you would think that a 5 star hotel wouldnt trear you like that. Ventian is getting a long letter from us,

Wow I cannot believe what happened. I had a total opposite experience with them. The safe was also locked in our room and we made a call, 5 minutes later somebody was there with a security gaurd to open the safe. We also had to change our room because we couldn't sleep due to construction next door, we complained in the morning and 15 minutes later we were in a new room on the other side of the hotel. We also asked for a small fridge and we also didn't wait no more than 20 minutes for it. It was true how expensive the snacks were in the fridge that was already in the room, ridiculous. I also got the $10 coupon from them and used it in the food court right next to the casino.

I am planning to go back in September so I hope I don't receive that kind of experience you did. I would also be writing a big complaint if I were you. Hey maybe they will make it up with some free night, you never know.

I was playing my 25 cent machines and nothing go over to NYNY and won 75.00 in a nickel machine but that was my big winning WOOHOO!!

Ya thats why i wasnt all that upset about losing my shirt in vegas.... i went with money expecting NOT TO COME HOME WITH ANY! so O welllll...... I had fun....

This always works for me, if you have a problem with something letters dont work (believe me I worked for a credit card company and letters did nothing) so I would call the president of the company. Of course I would get his voice machine or his assistant, but I spoke with them as professionally as possible and would use big words. I would always ask, how do you think we recktify this situation.

It always worked. I had to deal with a car rental company that they overcharged us on something and hit us with fee's we had no idea about and letters did nothing, so i called the president and within 24 hours I was credited the money they overcharged me.

Seems like everything else went well. My friend lives in Vegas and loves it.

We are planning on going to Las Vegas for our bachelor/bachelorette parties if everything works out.

(anothr thing I do, because I heard of a bad experience from someone else is when I return a rental car I videotape me returning the car, talking to the guy and him inspecting the car and handing me the receipt, then doing a zoom in on the receipt so it notes the date and time. A friend of mine returned a car and the rental place said there was damage to the car when she knows there wasnt. They told her the windshield was broken. If it was how would she be able to drive the car. So ever since her experience I always video tape me returning the car this way if there is any problems AH HA I have it on videotape that your guy checked the car and its in fine working order)

I would recomend staying there i loved that hotel The rooms were amazing.... I just think they need to get their S**T togethter......
