OMG!!!

I was suppose to be leaving at 8:30 to go see a headhunter when I saw on Fox 5 breaking news and suspicious activity on the bridge.

The bridge has been completely shut down and NO trains are going over the bridge.

I called my headhunter and asked to reschedule.

They just said now the J M Z are all H e L L

2 guys walked onto the bridge where they are doing construction and the bridge men know each other and knew these guys didnt belong there and the 2 guys left packages near the workers and then shimmed down the bridge. The workers immediatly notified police.

The police stopped traffic in both directions and the trains.

I asked Brian should I reschedule. He said you dont want to go. I said its not that I dont want too. He said I know I understand with all of this not wanting to go into the city (on 9/11 I was on the M train and watched the second plane hit the towers)

So I called my headhunters and canceled.

The police have caught 3 men and took them in for questioning.

The police are going to shut down ALL bridges at any moment for searches

Thank God Eric goes to work before me! Ever day I look out that window at the new walkway on the bridge and crazy thoughts run through my head... at least there are workers on it still who can catch things like this!!
