Finished out-of-town bags (pics)
Took a couple of hours this weekend but they are done!
They came out cute. Inside are 2 mini bottles of champagne, I Love NY pin, Long Island postcard, pen, 2 bags of chips, wlecome letter, maps of LI, and brochures on the outlets, wine tastings, etc..

I have a silly question, what do you do with the bags??? do you go to the hotel that morning and tell the people at the front desk that when people from your party show up give them a bag??

Post Cards are from Port Jeff in the Drug Store 2 stores down from Dunkin Donuts.
Chip-We are dropping all the bags off at the hotel Thursday b4 the wedding. They will give them to everyone who is registered under our wedding. They gave us a list of people who have blocked rooms so we knew how many bags to make.

Your bags look great! I like the "Welcome to LI" on the front!
May I ask where you got the maps and brochures? I was thinking of taking a ride out to the LI Visitors Bureau but don't know if they will let me take multiples. I think I'll need about 10 of each.

I got the brochures from the LI tourism board last summer. They let me take as much as I wanted...just tell them what it is for and they will be happy to give you what you need!
