Fox Hollow - choosing menu this week, any recommendations?

FH and I are going on Wed night to make our selections for the menu for our April 25 wedding. For those of you who have had your wedding there or even attended a wedding at the Fox Hollow, can you recommend any dishes, either for the main reception or cocktail hour? Thanks.

I loved the Filet Mignon
at cocktail hr there was some kind of ziti in garlic in oil that a lot of people liked...............

also, there was a chicken dish that I cant remember the name of that everyone liked............
kinda like chicken franchese but it had a different name................

wait- I think its called Princess chicken
or chicken princess.... something like that
so look for the word princess
a lot of my guests especially my mom loved it!

I love the chicken the Scotto's make with the asparagus and mozz cheese- it is so good.

Thanks for posting Michele! As you know I have my meeting tomorrow night! I amn getting nervous!! I think it's the chicken princess that tammy mentioned that we're really leaning toward.

Are there any other questions/items we shoud discuss?

at my wedding and every wedding I went to at fox
they always offered seconds
so you really dont have to worry about running out of food, plus there is soooo much at cocktail hr

Thanks Tammy, I was leaning towards the chicken princess (or however you spell it, lol). I think I had read over a year ago that someone else recommended it as well, so that will be our chicken choice. THANKS!

We went to a wedding there and with our salad they gave us a vegetarian dressing.It was delicious.We still rave about it.Everything was great.
