Is there a way to open up a photo in Word and then write over it with white letters? Like put a photo of an animal that kinda dark and write the message over it in white?

You can just make 1, put it in a nice frame, and put it on the placecard table. Everyone will see it when they take their placecards.

or maybe you can print up 1 and put it by the place cards. There might be some people who don't see it but a majority of people should see it with that location
