Last weekend i did a candle party at my mom's and her neighbor told me she would do my makeup for me - she's a mary kay lady. I was so happy -- let's see how the trail goes!!!
I believe the woman who did our hair for my FSIL's wedding charged $85 for makeup. She came to the hotel we got ready in. If you want details FM me and I'll get them from my FSIL.

My friend is a make-up artist in NYC so she didnt want to charge me at all. But i insisted on paying at least 100 for it. i know she usually charges alot more then that.

My trial is $65 and then day of depends on how many people she will be doing. Anywhere from $90 to $125.

I am going for my trial (free) on Tuesday and if I like it I'll book with her. It's $125 for me and $55 for the girls and she'll be doing all of it at the hotel.

I used Andrea... she uses all Mac makeup and she is really good... here is her info... I just posted my before and after shots from last night...
and she does free trials!

Average is about $150. My friend is a makeup artist and is amazing. This is what she charges and says that anything more is redic. I wouldnt pay any more that that.

I'm sure she'll do great!! I'm a Mary Kay lady too, and I"m having some of my fellow Mary Kay'ers come on my wedding day and do the whole bridal party...I figured it would make all my girls feel great to have a whole makeup team there for them!!

Nothing! I sell Mary Kay, so I'm raiding my samples for myself and my girls - and anyone else that's interested, I can help you, too! Did my friend's wedding makeup last summer and she got so many compliments! We don't have to add that to our expenses! (Thank goodness!)
