This a tough one. Every mom has a dream dress she would like for her daughter, but ultimately it is the bride's decision. If you can try the dresses she would like to see and if you don't like them tell her and then let her see how happy you are with the ones that you prefer.
I know you want this to end before you go shopping again so just let it go for a day and then try talking to her calmly (if possible) and explain how you feel and that you have your dream of how you will look on your wedding day. I can't see her not going along with you after that.
