postage?????
I got a return invite yesterday I fixed the envelope it was in to the correct address- now my question do I put a new stamp on it or just drop it back in the mail with the canceled stamp??
fmil says I need a new stamp???

Coming from a Postal employee......you DO NOT need a NEW STAMP...unless you want to put one on. Or maybe use new envelope if you want.
If there are little lines on bottom of envelope from maching...just cross them out on front & back.

The same thing happened to me but the stamps are all marked up as well as the envelope. Marker all over it and 3 black stamps on front and back. How can you use a stamp that has the black hand stamp on it?

Yea I get the envelope thing...I was just asking about the stamp itself....I didn't know you could use it again...just asking a question

thank all you ladies- just so you all know the envelope had no making on it- i just pealed off the address foward lable off it and taped new address over it- looks pretty good- and the invite is for brother (like he is going to care about it anyways)-
