Need advice re: writing David's Bridal

Okay, so most of you know the drama that went on with David's Bridal doing the alterations to my dress (and screwing it up). Well, as if I didn't deal w/ enough garbage from them, the dress straps BROKE on our wedding day!!! My bridal attendant had to pin them several times, and the pins stopped holding so she actually came over and SEWED the straps back in place!!! I was LIVID!

I had already planned to write David's Bridal a nasty email or letter, but now I DEFINITELY am! I just went on their website hoping to find the corporate office address or email, but no luck. Do you think I should send the letter to the Lake Grove store? I don't think that will really do anything though...

I dont know if it still exists- but I used to use this website Planetfeedback.com to write letters- they send it directly to the CEO/President of the company- it was very effective.

They also help you compose the letter (they have templates) & its free

Find out where the corporate office is and sent it there cc the store though. If you send it to the store only the store will just throw it out.

I think the first one is their corporate address. I called and it sounded like an office.

I found this fax number on their website - you could send something there and just send it to the attention of the customer service deparment.
