Can anyone turn a color photo into a sepia toned one for me?

I want to have a pic of my dog at the reception - we are donating to a pit bull organization and I printed out a sign about it on vellum paper that I wanted to lay on top of the picture of my dog, so that you could see the picture under the writing. You can see the picture all right, but can't read the words! SO I thought maybe a sepia toned photo would work better. If anyone can do this please fm me! It's too big of a photo to post. Thanks!
