waxing or threading brows?
I usually get mine waxed but, I am wearing a really hairy eyebrow look at the moment so I can get them threaded. I never did this before. When do I go and is it better then waxing?

I got mine waxed at Bliss and it was really nice, but I usually get them threaded I feel it lasts longer but then again I have very thin eyebrows.
I get them done at Queens for $5

I get mine threaded because it lasts longer for me and doesn't irritate the skin as much (although it's more painful).
There are a whole bunch of threading salons in NYC.

I love threading!! Where I go they do such a great job and it's only $5.
It's called Threading Style on Queens Blvd right by Ascan in Forest Hills.
There used to be a small place by Macy's I used to go to a LONG time ago...but I don't remember the name or the exact cross street...sorry

How far are you willing to travel? I have someone to recommend on 34th Street. I have gone to a few different places and all of them hurt a tiny bit...but this one specific lady hurt the least - so I keep going back to her!

No u don't...they can work with thin eyebrows...I've seen them do it.
I have thick eyebrows in general...so I never get them done thin..they just clean mine up.

Eyebrow Threading Salon
It is 458 Seventh Ave, between 34th and 35th street (double check the address when you get there because there are a few different eyebrow salons).
Its $7
Tell the guy you want the girl all the way to the right...I cannot remember her name...Ahmad maybe. You may have to wait a few min if she has a client but the whole process only takes a few minutes so you'll be in and out. (She is closest to the window and is the BEST! Very meticulous and not as painful as others for some reason!)

Oh jenn that is perfect I work on 43rd and 6th and take Penn Station home. I have superthin eyebrows but, they need to be shaped I think I damaged folicles from too much plucking

Try Shobha on 47th street. They have two locations in the city. They do threading.
