Bridal suite for BP the night before

Do you have any recommendations for a bridal suite near the Swan Club that my mom, several BMs, and myself can stay the night before and get ready the morning of? I don't want to be more than 15-20 minutes away from the Swan Club. I don't know Long Island all that well so I don't know what is nearby and what is far away. I was thinking about the Roslyn Claremont, Harrison House, and the East Norwich Inn. We need to be at the Swan Club at 9:30 am for pictures so I don't want to have to spend a good protion of the morning traveling otherwise we will have to get up before the sun! Thank you! I'm not really sure where the Swan Club is but my DH's family got a suite at the Wingate Inn in Garden City and they really enjoyed it and had lots of room. It is right by Roosevelt Field on Stewart Ave.
