Re: Since we are talking about waxing....
It hurts a lot the first time - but to be honest, the "brazilian" part hurts the least! I feel like it's the regular bikini area that hurts the most. Advil does help. And, it really does hurt less if you keep it up!!!

Re: Since we are talking about waxing....
I finally waxed my bikini line last month for the first time and I think I built it up in my head to be soooo bad that it really wasnt. I just did it for the second time a few days ago. Its awesome not worrying about my nest growing back the next day. It does last long. Close to 3 weeks for me.

Re: Since we are talking about waxing....
I started waxing in high school (8 yrs ago) and kept it up cause i hate those black dots some people get under their arms and other areas after shaving. I wanted clean underarms and a smooth south. If you do it for a long time, it lasts longer. Like when I started it lasted for a week or so now, underarm lasts for two weeks and brazillian lasts for 3 and when it does grow back its so small that I could go a few more weeks without. I get brazillian once a month after my period, underarm every two weeks and eyebrows once every few months. You definitely get used to it, but make sure you got to someone good. I went before where I got seriously burned down there, another person did it so slowly it was painful, but my current lady is the best. Everything done in under 15 mins and she keeps you so busy you forget about the pain.

Re: Since we are talking about waxing....
I get my eyebrows & Brazilian waxing done. It's embarrassing but you just do it and get it over with. My suggestion is to take some advil & if you haven't ever done it before do it enough days in advance in case of redness or swelling. I have super sensitive skin beyond belief & always get red and breakout for a few days! Oh and make sure they use a new stick and fresh wax! Last thing you need is leftovers! Good luck!
