Location: Fox Hollow	Repost from 08: changing your name w/social security so i couldn't find a straight answer on the website wheather you can go in person or mail in the form to change your name so i called them. they told me they need your original marriage certificate.. i am little weary of giving them my original. anybody else hear of this or anybody know of any other options??? Thanks
