Can I vent for a minute?
What kind of a question is that...OF COURSE I CAN!?
why do people come to my office and NOT do what we say after asking us WHAT to do? one of clients--his sister has 2 kids---and came to us to help her fill out paperwork for the state to help her for daycare costs. we TOLD HER that she MUST go get an order of child support with the court FIRST -- you can't ask for state sponsored help--unless you prove you are trying to get money from the baby's daddy first. so of course they are like "well my friend said..." well fck your friend, obviously you didn't take them too seriously if you are here asking me for help.
well guess what...they came in today and asked me to read what the letter they received from Social Services says (they only speak spanish) ....OH LOOK D!CK! it says your stuff is being denied cause there is no ORDER FOR CHILD SUPPORT!!! ::banging head against wall to the gray meat:: 
W T F was the reason you ASKED for our advice if you were NOT going to take it?!?
i wanna punch them in the face.
