I live in East Islip and I always see postings for apartments in the local newspapers. Do you want me to look when I get home for you? The areas they cover are: East Islip, Islip Terrace, Great River and Islip. Let me know...
And how much $$ and how many bedrooms?

I'm at work so I don't have all access to the internet but I think that you can also get on the website for the South Bay Neighbor newspaper or the Town Crier and those local papers also often have listings for apartment rentals. Worst-case scenario, you could go to a realtor. I know a realtor in West Islip if you want her name.

I work for a broker so I have the access to look--I'm just trying to avoid paying a broker fee on the other end.

Peg-- I need electric included. I don't want to have to worry about an efffffin electric bill every month
