telemarketers
Ok, so I signed up for time warner digital phone service last week and I just received my first call from what I think is a telemarketer or solicitor..
Vikingmagazine 515-369-5701
I didnt answer and they didnt leave a message. Is there a website or # I can call to be removed from the list?

Sign up for the Do not call, we did-it takes a few weeks but its great after.
Before we did I used to answer and say something stupid
We had a gas company call once and asked who we got out gas from-I told them I just eat brocolli and it gives me FREE gas and he hung up. I know gross but it was funny

Yep it is worth the few minutes to sign up. i get no calls from any telemarketers only the occasional wrong number.
ETA: Once you sign up on th list it does take a 30 days but if they are constantly harassing you after that you can file a complaint with the Do Not Call website and they will take care of it.

DH and I have had a ridiculous amount of telemarketing calls since we set up our phone 3 weeks ago. They stalk me and are soooo pushy if you answer! I called the phone company and got put on the "do not call list" but it takes up to a month to kick in

Its very annoying..I got a call 9:30pm last night! Hello!! its freaking night time..leave me alone. Just got another one this morning (same company) I just signed up for the do not call ist..
