cooking portobellos not on the grill??
Does anyone have a recipe for portobello mushroom caps that doesnt need a grill? I dont have a grill so i'm wondering if there's another way to cook them. TIA

I found Vegetarian Times mag to be a wonderful resource even after 10 plus years of not eating steak, chicken, pork, or cold cuts. Veggie Times

You can saute them with just some olive oil and a little salt and pepper. Maybe slice them to make them cook faster.
