My finace is quite the joker, so i special ordered jester cufflinks to send to him on our wedding day. But I am also taking him 3 mo. before the wedding to get a tattoo finished that he started when we first got together 7 yrs. ago. Every time he had the extra money he would put it to something else more needed, usually me... so he deserves it!

On my wedding day I left a gift box and a card for my hubby on the dining room table that he would find after I left. In the card, I just wrote my feelings down that morning, which is a good idea, because no other morning is like that one..and in the box I got him really nice socks, along with a note that said..."Just in case you're feet get a little cold today......I can't wait to be your wife!" We joke around a lot, so I thought that would be really cute... He said he loved it. And while I was getting ready with my girls at the hotel, at some point I got a dozen beautiful red roses delivered from my husband to be... It was all simple and all so meaning full...you don't have to spend a lot, just give him something from the heart that belongs to the two of you, whether it is just words..or a big gesture....just make it your own and ENJOY!!! That was really sweet!!! I absolutely love that idea!!! Lou didn't even know that we were supposed to exchange gifts! 
I personally don't care if I get anything...the wedding and honeymoon is more than enough. I just want to make sure that I get him something special that shows him how much I appreciate him!

Where did you order those from? My FH loves jesters and I wanted to get him cufflinks. I also want to get him a Movado because he wants one but he will be picking that out.

The Giants cufflinks are awesome....Lou is a huge fan as well....I just feel that he won't get any use out of them with the exception of our wedding day.

my FH is a sneaker FREAK so i'm having custom sneakers made for him with our wedding colors and wedding date. they will come in a custom wooden sneaker box.
