What are you getting for your hubby
Hi Ladies,
I know we are supposed to get something for our FH before the wedding day, but I don't know what to get....Any suggestions would be helpful.

My finace is quite the joker, so i special ordered jester cufflinks to send to him on our wedding day. But I am also taking him 3 mo. before the wedding to get a tattoo finished that he started when we first got together 7 yrs. ago. Every time he had the extra money he would put it to something else more needed, usually me... so he deserves it!

We don't want want to get each other gifts, but I am thinking that if we do wind up giving in, it may be tattoos. =) I did get him cufflinks that have a "rockabilly" type of style to them that he likes, but that is just a gift so that he doesn't have to feel like he has to wear a stupid suit, that he doesn't want to , but this way he has something that is kind of unique and his.

I was going to get him nice golf clubs but he said his are fine they just need new grips. Thats about $100 and I dont really need anything so we are going to have massages on the beach on our honeymoon.

Same here. The HM was a gift to ourselves then we splurged on it. We agreed to no gifts also because we paid for most of the wedding too.

Lou has 2-3 watches already....I have bought him all the electronics that he has wanted for birthdays and Christmas....he would only wear the cufflinks that day, as he is a plumber and doesn't need to get that dressed up all that often. I want to get him something nice and thoughtful, but not too expensive....we are paying for most of the wedding and honeymoon ourselves and also have to furnish a new apartment so we are on a budget....I was thinking of paying for the tatoo that he wants, but I don't know....

My DH got me! What more could he ask for?
I did want to get him something but we just didn't have the finances when everything was said and done.
However, I think cufflinks or a tie tack is traditional.
