Spinoff topic from the dying crinoline thread: Are you wearing a separate crinoline?
I want to dye my crinoline but wasn't planning to wear one separate from all the poof that already comes sewn into my gown. How many girls are wearing a separate one and is it really necessary? I also worry about comfort and having it be slipping down etc.

I have a 2 slips and one layer of crinoline in between built into my dress and that's enough 'pouf' for me...i guess it depends on how big you want your skirt to be? or maybe some dresses don't come with anything and therefore you would have to buy a crinoline slip?
